Notes

Part of a series created in Cuba, Claudia Legge's Vermilion was most recently exhibited in the VIA Art Prize.

This photograph perfectly transcends the real and the perceived surreal. “Using careful composition and an eye for colour, Claudia seeks for her images to border on abstraction but maintain her highly distinctive style. The Cuban series presents a surreal yet vivid picture of the world from a truly original perspective”.

Claudia Legge is a photographer based in London. She works and exhibits worldwide. Her work has been in numerous group exhibitions including the Royal Photographic Society International photography Exhibition (2017).
