Job Specifics

- UK Based, in London at least one day per week
- 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays

- Salary level £30,000 - 50,000 (subject to experience)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Work with the CEO to build and refine a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in line with business and product goals.
- Collaborate closely with our UX/UI designer and Social Media Manager to ensure a cohesive brand experience across platforms.
- SEO & Content Optimisation
- Develop and execute content strategies for both our Indy.auction software and The Auction Collective marketing platform to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Optimise webpage content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
- Campaign Management
- Develop and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan, launch, and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Email Marketing
- Design and execute our email marketing strategy including: targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns to convert warm leads.
- Oversee AI-driven outreach and cold outreach for lead generation.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and execute lead-gen activities, including demo auctions, webinars, launch lists, downloadable content, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the sales and product team to optimise and expand lead acquisition funnels.
- Agency Management:
- Research, recruit and manage relationships with digital marketing agencies.
- Coordinate campaign implementation and performance tracking to maximise ROI.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships:
- Develop strategic placement opportunities, such as listing sites or industry features (e.g., ‘Top 10 auction software’ lists).
- Negotiate partnerships that expand our reach into our target sectors.
- Data Analytics & Tracking:
- Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Implement A/B testing, track key KPIs, and generate performance reports to refine strategies.
About our new Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive marketer, with a passion for growing a customer base and building an incredible brand. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tech, B2B, auction or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Experience with lead generation activities and sales funnel optimisation.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PPC platforms, email marketing software, Hubspot, Lemlist).
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to interpret and act on campaign performance.
- A strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritise a busy workload with a wide variety of tasks and deadlines
