Spend an intensive day at Hawksmoor Borough with three friends mastering all things Hawksmoor.

Then invite twelve more friends down for a sixteen-person feast cooked for you by Executive Chef Matt Brown (former Head Chef of two restaurants with three Michelin stars) in the Cooks' Room, your own private room with kitchen.

During the day you will join Matt to master the art of cooking perfect steaks over charcoal, as well as perfect triple-cooked chips and any of your favourite sides and sauces. You'll also join cocktail kingpin Liam Davy to master the art of Shaky Pete’s and any other Hawksmoor classics. And have a drink with founders Huw Gott and Will Beckett to hear the full story.
