Notes

Melanie Schiff (b.1977, Chicago) holds a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and an MFA from the University of Illinois Chicago. Her work has been featured in solo exhibitions at Night Gallery (LA), PATRON Gallery (Chicago), and group shows at MoMA PS1 and the Whitney Museum's 2008 Biennial. Schiff lives and works in Los Angeles.

Schiff co-curated two UIC Gallery 400 exhibitions, When Darkness Falls (2003) and I am Eyebeam (2007).
