Kora Moya Rojo (b. 1993, Spain) lives and works between London, Mexico City and Murcia. She graduated with a BA in Fine Art from the University of Murcia (Murcia, Spain, 2015). Statement 
The postcards I've created for the auction take inspiration from a series of works on paper I'm currently working on. These watercolours represent what I like to call the "skeletons of my paintings" since each one starts with a watercolour sketch on the canvas, followed by acrylic and finally oil paint. The red sketch isn't usually visible in the final result, but without them, they wouldn't exist in the first place. 
These two watercolours depict two still lives, where hybrids of fruits, plants and flowers coexist in the same tropical landscape.
