a) These sale terms (“Conditions”) govern the relationship between (i) you (“You”, “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”) as a user of the website, marketplace and services (“Platform” or “Services”) offered by The Auction Collective (“TAC”), allowing You to place purchase offers in order to buy (“Buyer” or “ Buyers”) items (“Item” or “Items”) and (ii) the Association Antoine Alléno (“Seller”) acting as the organizer of the Event (as defined below) and seller of the Items.
