Lynn McGregor RSW, Scottish-based landscape artist, Edinburgh College of Art, Elected RSW in 2001. My work is shown in galleries throughout the UK and my paintings are held in numerous corporate and public collections including Robert Fleming Holdings Ltd, Edinburgh College of Art, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Trust for Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Scottish Arts Club, Royal College of Physicians and Eli Lilly Industries.

Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork 
These pieces represent landscape in memory. I try to find a balance between the various elements – texture, movement and geometry – that I see around me, initially allowing myself to be led by the paint and the marks, then later taking control of the medium without losing the initial immediacy. My studio overlooks Loch Awe and the paintings in this postcard exhibition are inspired by the stunning landscapes of mid-Argyll.
