About
Lee Sharrock studied fine art at Norwich University of the Arts, before moving to London to study History of Art & Italian at UCL, with a core course at The Courtauld and a year in Italy at the University of Bologna. Lee embarked upon a career in the art world and advertising industry, working at Sotheby's after graduating in the 19th Century European Paintings department, and later taking on roles at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), Timothy Taylor Gallery and Saatchi & Saatchi before setting up her own Creative PR and Curation consultancy. Lee has exhibited her own art in exhibitions and also curated many exhibitions during her career, most recently curating the Arms Around a Child charity art auction at Christie's London, a solo exhibition of Yurim Gough with Arts Council England at the APT Gallery and a group show 'Rebirth' at 99 Projects, all in 2022. She is also a writer for arts publications including; Artlyst, Artplugged, Creative Review, FAD Magazine and STATE Magazine.
