About
As a contemporary artist based in London, my artistic journey is deeply rooted in the classical-realist tradition. My primary mediums are oils and charcoal, allowing me to express my creativity through diverse forms such as portraiture, still life, and landscapes in both paintings and drawings. My artistic philosophy is firmly grounded in the rich tradition of representational art, drawing inspiration from the historical lineage of European ateliers and academies, while embracing modern materials and themes in my creations.
Education
Completed courses in art and design at Central St. Martins, in academic drawing and painting at the School of Architecture and Design in Moscow, Russia, and graduated from the London Atelier of Representational Art (LARA)

Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork
I'm thrilled to participate in the Art on a Postcard action, contributing to raise funds for The Hepatitis C Trust. My postcards, 'Transcendence' and 'Metamorphosis,' feature butterflies delicately perched on a cracked plaster wall, symbolizing themes of rebirth and transformation. Each image embodies the hope and resilience that individuals embrace on their journey. Through this artwork, I aim to convey a message of strength, renewal, and the inherent beauty that arises from life's challenges. May these butterflies inspire empowerment and positivity as we unite to support the foundation's important causes.
