About
Trish is a Londoner, from a large Catholic family, and studied art at Camberwell.
Her work reflects her consuming interests in gender politics, nature and family – fierce and irreverent, she brings an authenticity and strength to her interpretation of these issues.
She works on a large scale in oils and acrylics, using different materials and mediums to explore sensual expression. Referencing 20th century film and advertising and religious iconography, her paintings bring a sense of joy – playful, unrestrained, full of energy with an underlying muscular power.
