My practice is painting with oil and wax on silk and vegan silk. 
It is work that examines everyday images.  
Using oils combined in part with wax on silk over canvas I paint the environment around me particularly seeking out references that relate to my own state of mind. 

Education  

Epsom School of Art followed by a 3 year apprenticeship in New York under several contemporary artists in the 1980’s.

Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork   

With this series I am attempting to portray light and the subtle environmental changes caused by weather.  
Rainbows seen on daily walks taken in 2020 in Derbyshire.
