Rosalind Robinson is an Academician at the Royal West of England Academy and a member of the Society of Women Artists. She exhibits regularly in London, Bath and Bristol. Her work is in public and private collections throughout Europe. “Facial expression is a constant pre-occupation of my work in which I intend to pose questions about time and place and to suggest a narrative".

My portraits are intended to convey something of the mystery implicit in facial expressions, and engage the viewer in speculation about the subject's origins and relevance to the present day.
