Al Petelin is a young artist born in the South of Russia in 1999. Al Petelin is a self-taught artist, although he attended academic drawing lessons for a while, he believes that artworks shouldn’t have any explanations. According to the artist, all the words, how picturesque, deep and long they are, drive understanding into the certain framework of understanding these words. The artist says ‘art is like a dangerous improvised intuitive dance of beauty and balance with paradox chaos and grandeur in the half-light of madness with butterfly’.
