L’opinione di Galloni. Questo vino per me è un po’ un mistero. Non ha esattamente la purezza di colore di alcuni degli altri vini della selezione. È un po’ torbido, il che signifi ca che non è ancora del tutto chiarifi cato. Naturalmente questi vini vengono prelevati direttamente dalla botte, quindi potrebbe essere un problema legato al modo in cui è stata eff ettuata la campionatura, o magari può dipendere dalla parte della botte da cui è stato preso il vino. Oppure potrebbe essere una caratteristica sviluppata in un secondo momento. O semplicemente un tratto distintivo del vino. Non lo sappiamo ancora, è troppo presto per dirlo. Ma questo vino, per me, non è ancora del tutto amalgamato, non è proprio al livello degli altri. Gli aromi sono interessanti ma il vino, al momento, mi sembra un po’disomogeneo.

Galloni’s opinion. This wine is a little bit of a mystery to me and it doesn’t quite have the purity of colour of some of the other wines in the range. A little bit cloudy and that means that the wine isn’t fully settled yet. Of course, these wines are coming out straight out of the barrel, so that could be an issue with the way that the sample was pulled or maybe like where in the barrel the wine came from. Or maybe just sort of a later development. Or it could just be a quality of the wine. We don’t really know yet. It’s too soon to know. But this wine, to me, is just not like fully put together, not quite at the level of the other wines. The aromatics are interesting, but the wine to me, right now, is a little bit disjointed.
