L’opinione di Galloni. Un vino davvero aff ascinante da degustare dopo le botti 4, 5 e 6, tutti vini dai frutti scuri, molto potenti. Questo vino ha un profi lo di frutta rossa un po’ più evidente, più vicino a quello dell’arancia rossa. Ci sono note intense di menta e di spezie come cannella e pepe bianco. È un bellissimo vino con un palato medio denso e profondo. Ma è anche un po’ più elegante e raffi nato dei tre precedenti. È un altro dei miei preferiti di questa gamma, soprattutto per il suo equilibrio.

Galloni’s opinion. This wine is really fascinating to taste after 4, 5 and 6, which are all very powerful, dark wines. Here we’re moving into a wine with a little bit more of a redder fruit profi le, more like blood orange. There’s mint, spice, cinnamon, white pepper, all of those higher tone aromatics. So we have a beautiful wine that has lots of mid palate depth density. But it’s a little bit more fi nesse, a little bit more elegant than the three preceding ones. It’s another one of my favourites in this range, especially because of its balance.
