They seem familiar but unusual in their forms. The [Artefacts] series explores geometric shapes and constructions. They are to be discovered, to be interpreted with their symbolic meanings. The pieces were thrown on the potter's wheel and joined together to make them whole. When they stand together they display unique personalities, yet as a family.

Diana Ng is a designer and potter currently based her practice in the UK. Born in Hong Kong where she studied Pottery under Master Tsui Yun Chung, she later gained a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She worked as a designer from graphic, web to user experience in Europe. Diana is now a full-time artist after building her own studio. Her work has been shown in Milan, London, and Cambridge and featured in Ceramic Review. She is a member of Craft Potters Association and Anglian Potters.
