Nils Davey was commissioned by the musician duo Rebel ACA & The French Monkey Wrench as part of a series of cover photographs for their release Sunday’s Cool.

The models were hired exotic dancers and shot on location in Chinatown, Los Angeles. The robotic, animal like masks  were handmade and used across all the release covers then set on fire for the album cover.

Nils Davey is a creative director, photographer, illustrator and artist living in Los Angeles. Over the past 15 years Nils has worked in many creative fields producing work for a diverse list of clients. Davey was also the co-owner and founder of Binary & The Brain, an award winning design and illustration agency based in London from 2002-2012.
