Life on Venus III | The Organic, Live Auction

Clemency is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in London. Fluctuating often between textiles and print, her work is grounded in a fascination with the creative process as a tool for healing. Now studying for a Masters Degree in Textile Design at Chelsea College of Art (UAL) she uses the medium of rug tufting to create commemorative textiles, fuelled by her personal experiences of loss. With sustainability and emotional durability at the core of her practice, Clemency's work combines an experimental approach with her knowledge of craft histories.
