Life on Venus | The Landscape, Timed Auction

"My practice involves a combination of painting, drawing and film making. Having spent my childhood divided between two countries, my work often explores feeliings of displacemet and unbelonging. In 2019 I completed the 'Drawng Year' at the Royal Drawing School, during which I felt I was able to, in a sense, form a stronger relationship with my surroundings by making dalily observational drawings, particularly when drawing outside - surrounded by so much movement and sound - it felt like an immersive experience. In response to the theme of 'Life on Venus' I have made a semi abstract post card sized painting."
