Life on Venus | The Landscape, Timed Auction

My name is Chloe Dootson-Graube and I am a female artist whose practice is focused on painting, printmaking, textile and sculpture. I graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology in 2018, and I undertook an art foundation at Oxford Brookes University in 2019-20. I am interested in how abstract symbolism can contribute towards representations of prehistory, with particular reference to the representation of women and female deities. For the Life on Venus exhibition, I would like to submit four postcard sized works similar to the work I have attached below. I will create a surface out of recycled fabrics and create my images with linoprinting, and then attach some small figures and tassels on the bottom.
