Cecilia Reeve is a painter and animator based in London. Fascinated by ‘Magical Realism’ and inspired by femininity, dreams, mythologies and memories, Cecilia currently works in gouache paint and hand drawn, traditional animation. Working at the intersection of these two practices her work captures the ethereal world of emotion; through intimate glimpses of these other worlds, she creates feelings of longing, solitude and peace.
