Beneath the Surface 
This piece was inspired by the beauty that lies beneath the surface of the ocean. The ocean bursts with layers of life. Beneath the Surface depicts this through 5 layers of resin, each created with a unique combination of coloured inks, pigments and powders. With subtleties of colour hidden by the rich blues, and white horses overlapping broken waves. This piece transports you to the depths of the ocean, without getting wet.

Education Officer for Surfers Against Sewage, Laura empowers young people to create their own unique connection with the ocean and ignite a passion to protect it. As with her job, Laura helps people feel connected to the ocean, using the medium of resin. Laura depicts Seascapes inspired from daily surfs, swims and runs across the Cornish Coastline.
