John Gregory-Smith is passionate about travelling to far-flung, undiscovered destinations to learn about the food and specialises in delicious Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. As well as writing seven cookbooks – his latest Fast Feasts is out in April – he is a regular presenter on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and ITV’s This Morning. He posts daily video content on his own social channels for you to cook along with.

This is based on a cooking experience for up to 8 people and is only available at a location based in London. Dates must be mutually agreed and to be used within 6 months of The Auction. Does not include food and alcohol in the price. Menu will be agreed in advance, ingredients will be at a supplementary cost.
