Tal Paz-Fridman is a photographer working in the intersection between Creative and Documentary photography. To paraphrase the description of the great American photographer Sam Abell, Tal's style of photography is documentary in the sense that I record the world as it is, however, it has transcendent qualities that start at the documentary level, yet open to interpretation on an aesthetic level as well.

Tal is inspired by the natural world and especially by the seas and oceans.

A book of Tal's photography was published by Matar Books and MoD Publishing House [ISBN 9650510486]. The book follows the landscape and people of Israel captured throughout the night - from sunset to sunrise.
