Willard Wigan for Mask our Heroes

Mask our Heroes is a charity bringing PPE to those most in need during the Covid-19 pandemic. Providing hospitals, care homes, hospices, charities, schools and emergency services both urgent PPE donations and ongoing access to PPE at a fair price. All certified, responsibly sourced, ethically produced, and reducing the environmental impact of PPE.

Since the charity was formed, in April this year, it has delivered over 500,000 items of PPE, and has grown to become the UK’s leading PPE supply charity.

 Dr Willard Wigan MBE is a micro sculptor and creator of the world’s smallest handmade sculptures in history. He has created a set of three microscopic sculptures to celebrate and recognise the combined heroic efforts of all the Doctors, Nurses and Care Workers that have lived, fought and died fighting the unseen enemy of the COVID 19 Virus, alongside the scientists that will finally find a route to defeat it. 

The Invisible Battle is being sold to raise funds for Mask our Heroes.

The sculpture will form the centre-piece for a ground breaking Art Trail due to come to London in the spring of 2021, and they are extremely excited to have the opportunity to share this incredible work of art with the public.
