In partnership with Art Aid Ukraine, wtf? gallery is honoured to present this charity auction in which proceeds will go to supplying life-saving medicines in Ukrainian hospitals.
To help their effort, these amazing 11 early-career artists have donated work for auction.
All accrued funds will supply medicine and medical equipment ranging from tourniquets and chest seals to antibiotics and general prescriptive medicines. We will be directly supplying three major hospitals in Dnipro, Mikolayv, and Zaporizhzhia who are treating front-line casualties and the general public. Medicine is also being channelled into local volunteer groups providing aid in and around the occupied areas.
This initiative is fully run by volunteers who are in direct contact with medical staff in those cities. Art Aid Ukraine developed a supply network that transports urgently needed medicines from a local wholesaler across the border very quickly and directly into the hands of the staff at the hospital.
