“On a recent visit to Jerez, walking around the city, I was drawn to this silhouetted palm tree. It was dusk and I tried to capture the sky in the print.” - Merryn Delves, 2020
Merryn Delves is a printmaker based in Cornwall, creator of original handmade prints using a mixture of linocut and screen printing techniques. Merryn enjoys the process of lino cutting and the patterns that are unintentionally created when cutting away the design. She has a fluid process where nothing is fully planned out and likes to see what happens through the process. Each piece is inspired by nature with an interest in botany.
