Two of the country’s most celebrated chefs - Tom Kerridge and Claude Bosi, proud owners of four Michelin stars between them - will join forces to cook a fabulous Michelin-starred meal in your home for you and 11 friends.
Tom Kerridge was born and raised in Gloucestershire and joined culinary school in Cheltenham at the age of 18, where he first fell in love with the industry. In his early twenties, Tom moved to London to work with the likes of Philip Britten, Gary Rhodes and Stephen Bull.
He later became the head chef of Adlards, a Michelin-starred Norwich restaurant that served modern British food. Then, in 2005, Tom and his artist wife Beth bought The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, turning the rundown pub into a Michelin-starred gastropub within a year. The Hand and Flowers was awarded a second star in 2012, making it the first gastropub to receive two stars in Michelin history.
A legend amongst his peers and known for his stylish, original cuisine founded on impeccable classical technique, Claude Bosi is one of the finest chefs working in the UK today. A native of Lyon, he first came to prominence at his Ludlow restaurant Hibiscus, a move to London earned him more acclaim, and he is now chef/proprietor of the famous Bibendum restaurant in South Kensington, earning two stars for the first time in the restaurant's long history.
This dinner promises to be even greater than the sum of its parts.
