About
My name is Maya and I am a London based surreal collage artist. I create my works by hand using vintage imagery. With a vintage nostalgia, my works explore the social and political issues we face in contemporary society. I sell my original works and prints all over the world. I have also exhibited in lots of galleries including Saatchi Gallery and Royal Academy of Arts.

Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork
This artwork, inspired by the mystery of the oceans, is part of an underwater series that exudes whimsical and fantasy-like qualities. It features a charming underwater motel nestled among vibrant coral formations and a myriad of colorful fish. The playful architecture of the motel seamlessly integrates with its aquatic surroundings, creating a dreamy and enchanting atmosphere.
