Vera Petrova is a Russian artist based in London. The artist explores the theme of humanity and ways to achieve harmony as an individual, seeking answers to the question of what kind of person one would become in that pursuit. At present, her primary mediums are oil paints and watercolors.

Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork 

"Venus" is the ancient goddess of love and beauty. She is born from the beauty of curved lines. Her beauty lies not in conventionality, but in the grace of lines, much like a landscape.  

“One Love" is a story of all-encompassing, absolute love that can either make us better or not. But the moment of absolute happiness it brings is a gift. An exploration of the personal experience of motherhood.
