Chris Daniels makes abstract paintings primarily concerned with form and colour. Masking tape is used to control the edges of the geometric forms placed over a flatly painted background. Using an intuitive and non-scientific approach to colour combinations, Chris works these through a series of paintings utilising the same formal compositions to create a contrasting visual experience for the viewer.
