Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork
I've recently been researching the history of the wellness industry, particularly in how it preys upon those left vulnerable by centuries of medical neglect. My postcards depict four moments in a fictional turn-of-the-century lady's life, centring some of the products she might have consumed in a time when frailty was considered among the highest ideals.
