Emily Thornton is a British artist who lives in Zambia. Primarily her paintings explore her ongoing quest to create a visual sense of escapism through the depiction of anonymous physical and inner landscapes. This collection of paintings is inspired by women Emily knows in Zambia and who are very much a part of her landscape.
