Notes

Artwork Description
The artwork 'Penca' consists of approximately 8 pairs of worn rubber gloves, which are tied together with a yellow or green nylon tie wrap. Each set of gloves forms a 'Penca'.
Pencas are made with discarded work gloves, which keep the marks of theirs wear and the materials that react with their colored surface. They are quasimetaphors of the worker, the fragile part of the production chain who can nevertheless emerge as a seductive and ambiguous body, moving in a complex way between the collective an the individual, the singular and the plural.
