Happy Scrubs

This piece is featured in the recent documentary film ‘The Street’. It was originally made for display at Ben's solo exhibition at Pitfield house in 2018. What makes this piece rare is that it is one of his first ever canvas pieces which until now Ben has kept in his personal collection and he has only put it up to sale solely to support this cause.

“I am a fluorescent ink obsessed screenprint lunatic, commercial illustrator and teacher. I specialises in making rough, raw, punky image making bursting with energy and loud graphics. Ive worked for clients such as Crocs, Brewdog, Film4, 5SOS, and Samsung. I love the gratifying nature of print and what it can add to an illustration, the sense of physically making something with your hands has an honesty, it gives work a certain soul and character and to me this acts as a middle finger to the increasingly homogenised slick corporate world sold to us.” - Ben Rider
