Happy Scrubs

Collaboration between Steven Wilson Studio and Bob & Eve. Original drawing by Steven Wilson which was then created as a one off artwork from wool using punch needling.

Born in London, Steven Wilson is an illustrator who lives and works in Brighton. He can often be found foraging through the local flea markets for obscure books and discarded paraphernalia to use as inspiration. Circus posters, victorian postcards and analogue print processes are amongst the many themes he cites as reference for his varied and experimental work which he generalizes as ‘somewhere between pop and psychedelia’. Steve's studio also continually experiments with techniques and processes to fuel his varied and experimental vision using both analogue and digital tools. Steven's work appears part of the V&A museum's permanent collection in London. Exhibitions include solo shows at the Kumho Museum of Art and K-Auction in Seoul.
