Life on Venus III | The Organic, Timed Auction

Sandy Sigala is an interdisciplinary artist that currently lives and works in Glasgow. Her work explores identity, desire, oral histories, gender, ritual, satire and playthings. ​S finds inspiration in mundane everyday life occurrences, experimental film, subcultures, found objects, the occult, urban noise, literary fiction, irony, paradox, queer approaches, puns, plants, artefacts, the historic avant-garde, writing lists, humid summer evenings and lust. She enjoys experimenting with materials and employs humour and wit as tools to question and reflect on ​stuff​.
