31 AUGUST 2021 - 15 SEPTEMBER 2021Notes
The paintings in James Middleton’s most recent series repurpose different objects into new ideas. The paintings have been developed by combining images from vintage magazines with modern images found on the Internet and are framed with recycled wood from a door frame factory.
The frames were made from the left over moulding from a door manufacturer round the corner from the studio.
The Paint ‘Looking at first light’ is painted Linen intended for making curtains.
