Rebuilding Beirut with Pride
10 OCTOBER 2021 - 30 OCTOBER 2021Notes
My practice is driven by the play of occupying and controlling our surroundings. Through sculpture, installation, video and performance, I explore how spaces are used and inhabited. I am particularly interested in the sometimes tense and knotty relationship between private and public, looking for the boundary and studying the grey zone that we constantly transition between, from the domestic to societal. Working at these margins is akin to the act of play for me.
