Your Heart to a Dog to tear
05 DECEMBER 2022 - 15 DECEMBER 2022Notes
From the memories suggested by these blurs are built the shapes portrayed through sharp strokes, made of lines, birthing placid but thoughtful characters, archetypes that seem to stream from subconscious spaces.
Iris Sanmartín conceives painting as a non pretentious exercise, where selfdescovery and selfsanctioning thread together a creative act.
On her works, we will find forms of being in constant transition from earthbound to subtle spaces, resembling the guardians of myths and tales.
