Figurative painter based in the North of England. The main concerns within my work are body and story and how those two things intertwine. I like to allow my work to explore a lot of avenues, from childhood memories to what’s in my twitter feed (and mainly the fundamental doubt I have with all of these things).

Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork
The works submitted explore the idea of the building up of self image when there is a knownness to the body. When you adorn yourself in certain items or psyche you are essentially building up another creature.
