Hi, my name is Leeca. People will also call me “Shan Shan” which is my nickname in cantonese. I’m a Hong Kongese and now work in London as a full-time tattoo artist. I specialise in colourful tattoos in delicate and kawaii styles. Besides tattooing I also love creating colourful pictorial illustrations. I take inspiration from pop culture, cartoons, and anime aesthetics.

The potential of colour is limitless just like a whole ocean of seeds that have yet to sprout, and I wish I could spend my entire life soaking in it!

There was a vessel, they thought there was just dirt inside. Punching and tearing, they wanted to break it, because “What a disappointment,” that’s what they decided. 

Endless storms and the day came. When no one was watching, a seed planted in the dirtiest dirt and myriads of flowers blossomed through the countless cracks. Everything was changed. 

Still a little broken vessel, lived the colours of the petals. 

“It comes down, see it’s a soul it’s a soul it’s a soul…”
