Art Academy London is a charity founded by artists in 2000 on the principle that art and art education has the power to be transformative: for individuals, communities and society. We are a young and innovative art school based in Southwark, London. 

We passionately believe that everyone should have access to high-quality art education, with no financial, physical or practical barriers. We offer something distinct and increasingly rare: the best of an old-school atelier combined with the vibrancy and diversity of a contemporary art school. Our ethos is to enable inclusivity in arts education, currently reaching 4000 students a year. We receive no support from the government.

At Christie's London, we will be hosting our fundraising auction on 9th May 2024, chaired and hosted by Dirk Boll, Deputy Chairman of 20th and 21st Century Art, Christie's. Funds raised in the auction will help us create our new state-of-the-art campus at Bankside, next to the Tate Modern.
