Notes
Merging abstraction with realism, inside spaces with imagined dreamscapes, Lorna invites the viewer to enter a world that explores the life-infusing force of colour.
‘Sea View with Lemons’ conjures an idyllic summer scene inspired by the seafront views in Positano. The window is used as a recurring motif to encourage and pull the viewer to look beyond the interior space, into the abyss which consists of a smooth cerulean ocean, turquoise sky and burnt-orange sun.
