The Hands Up Foundation Fundraiser Curated by Cramer & Bell

Adam Robinson is an artist who was born and raised in Sydney and has been living and working in London for the past 20 years. Robinson's work reflects his passion for colour, repetition and the processes of collecting and arranging. The found and sometimes forgotten materials he uses, with their strong sense of nostalgia and history, are a further source of fascination and inspiration to him. 

A collection of original, vintage postcards arranged on canvas with cut sunken centres and raised outer frames. Produced in the 1930s and 40s, the postcard arrangement forms a narrative journey through natural settings to the red school house in the second column. The work is mounted behind glass, within a white, wooden frame.
