Alice Herrick works and lives in Margate
Work involves drawing, painting, sculpture, installation, photography, film and performance to investigate and celebrate the human face, bodies in motion, dance, sensuality, nature, systems and patterns. Current projects include ‘Artist Portraits’, an ongoing series of pencil & ink portraits of inspirational historic and contemporary female artists; also an ongoing study of apes & monkeys, sketching from life at zoos and ape/monkey inspired paintings.
