Robert Powell is an award-winning artist based in Scotland. His work has been shown in many exhibitions around the world including the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. 

The Shooting Star follows in the spirit of Bruno Schulz’s short story 'The Comet'. One isn’t sure whether to admire the beauty of the natural phenomena or to dread the doom-laden portents.
