IT: Il progetto 
La Cascina Aquilone ETS si occupa di ragazzi adolescenti e giovani adulti con diffi coltà psicofi siche e comportamentali, nelle delicate fasi di transizione ed inserimento al mondo del lavoro e delle autonomie.

Ohana è un progetto pilota esperienziale, totalmente gratuito nella fase sperimentale, per la creazione di una scuola di autonomie in una struttura semiresidenziale a sollievo delle famiglie.

Il progetto Ohana consiste nell’identifi cazione di un alloggio con 3 posti letto (2 ragazzi e un operatore) in cui a rotazione verranno inseriti circa una quindicina di utenti con pernotti infrasettimanali e nei fi ne settimana. Le strutture saranno prive di barriere architettoniche, situate vicino al luogo di lavoro, nella sede di Cascina Aquilone in zona Vaccheria a Guarene. Gli obiettivi del progetto sono:
- lavorare sulle autonomie di ragazzi con gravi disabilità psichiche e motorie in età maggiorenne, per favorire un distacco dal loro quotidiano familiare;
- permettere nelle pause pranzo ai gruppi di ragazzi disabili che lavorano nella sede di Cascina Aquilone, di avere un luogo dove autonomamente fare la spesa, preparare il pranzo e gestire leore libere con il coordinamento e la supervisione degli operatori professionali;
- fornire, con la disponibilità del soggiorno notturno, l’opportunità di uscite serali per partecipare ad eventi quali mostre, teatro e cinema anche ai ragazzi che per motivi di lontananza o mancanza di accompagnamento, normalmente non possono partecipare;
- dare spazi di normalità alle famiglie dei ragazzi, liberando loro del tempo dalla cura continua dei fi gli, permettendo così a queste famiglie di riappropriarsi di una qualità di vita di cui sono privi dalla nascita dei loro fi gli.

L’opinione di Galloni. Arriviamo al trio delle botti che considero il vero pezzo forte di questa collezione del 2022, cioè le numero 4, 5 e 6. Questo vino ha una densità fruttata davvero meravigliosa. Frutti di colore più scuro, blu e viola, molte spezie, cuoio, tabacco. Ma ciò che mi colpisce veramente è la densità al centro del palato. Il tannino è presente, ma è davvero ben levigato dai sentori di frutta. Questo è il mio vino preferito della collezione, e promette molto bene.

The Cascina Aquilone ETS assists adolescents and young adults with psychophysical and behavioural di culties in the delicate phases of transition and integration into the world of work and independence.

Ohana is an experiential pilot project, totally free of charge in its experimental phase, for the creation of a school that promotes self-reliance in a semi-residential facility and also gives relief to their families.

The Ohana project involves the identification of accommodation with 3 beds (2 young people and an operator) in which about fifteen benefi ciaries will be placed on a rotating basis, with overnight stays during the week and at weekends. The facilities will be barrier-free and located close to the workplace, in the Cascina Aquilone premises in the Vaccheria area in Guarene. The aims of the project are:
- to increase the autonomy of young people with severe mental and motor disabilities over the age of 18, to allow them a break from their daily family life;
- to allow groups of disabled young people working at Cascina Aquilone to have a place during lunch breaks where they can do their shopping, prepare lunch and manage their free time independently, with the coordination and supervision of professional operators;
- provide, with the possibility of an overnight stay, the chance to go out in the evenings to take part in events such as exhibitions, theatre and cinema. This would also include young people who, for reasons of distance or impossibility of being accompanied, cannot normally take part in such activities.
- provide spaces of normality for the children’s families, freeing them from the continuous care of their children, thus enabling them to regain a quality of life that has been compromised since their children were born.

Galloni’s opinion. We’re moving into the trio of barrels that I consider to be the real highlight in this collection of 2022’s. That’s barrels 4, 5 and 6. So in wine number 4 here we have a really beautiful density of fruit. Darker bluish kind of fruits. Lots of spice, leather, tobacco. But what really impresses me about this one is the mid palate density. The weight of the tannin is there, but it’s really nicely rounded up by the fruit and this is my favourite wine in the collection, showing very well.
