Life on Venus II | The Human, Timed Auction

Eloise Dethier-Eaton is a Belgo-British artist who currently lives and works in London. She graduated from a joint honours course in Fine Art and History of Art from Goldsmiths in 2018, and this year she completed her craft apprenticeship as a paper marbler. Her multi-disciplinary practice includes drawing, painting, printmaking and photography.

Eloise enjoys playing with pattern and analogy in her work, allowing the decorative to take on a narrative quality. She’s intrigued by the stories that emerge as she brings together a variety of images, objects, patterns and symbols into her still life compositions.
