Merging abstraction with realism, inside spaces with imagined dreamscapes, Lorna invites the viewer to enter a world that explores the life-infusing force of colour.
‘Garden Under the Orange Sun’ is an imagined, dreamlike garden conjured up from memories of visits to botanical gardens in Europe during summer travels. The garden is draped by a huge palm leaf to protect and intrigue the viewer to look more closely at the mystical garden behind its towering leaves.
